You can return your order within 14 days of receipt. Once we have received your returned parcel, we will make sure the purchase amount is refunded to your account within 5 business days.

Easy Returns in 3 Simple Steps

Step 1: Fill Out the Return Form

Step 2: Send Your Order Back

Send the items together with the completed return form to the address stated on the return form.

Please make sure your parcel is sent with a Track & Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for the return shipment, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund

Once we have received your returned parcel, we will make sure the purchase amount is refunded to your bank account within 5 business days.

- Head to checkout, fill in your details and choose a payment method
- Complete your order and you will receive a confirmation email straight away

Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at info.lubeko@gmail.com. The sooner you get in touch, the better — once your order has been dispatched we are unable to cancel it.

We do everything we can to get your order on its way as quickly as possible. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
