Hand wash or machine wash on a delicate cycle in a laundry bag. Use cold water and mild detergent. Air dry only — do not tumble dry as heat degrades the moulded cup shape and elastic. Fasten the hooks before washing to prevent snags.
Use the size guide in the product images. Measure your underbust (for band size) and fullest bust (for cup size). If you are between sizes, sizing up in the cup with the band on the tightest hook gives the best fit as the band stretches over time.
