Will it roll down during the day?
No. The silicone grip strips at the waistband and leg openings anchor the garment in place against your skin. This is the most common complaint with cheaper shapewear and the feature we specifically addressed. Most customers report it stays exactly in position all day.
Is the compression too tight to be comfortable?
No. The compression is graduated — firmer at the waist and gentler at the thighs. It smooths without squeezing. Most customers describe it as ‘firm but breathable’ and report being able to sit at a desk, eat a meal and move naturally without discomfort.
Can I wear it under a dress?
Yes. The seamless construction and flat edges mean it creates no visible lines under form-fitting dresses or skirts. Many customers wear it specifically for events where they want a smooth silhouette under tailored or fitted outfits.
How do I choose my size?
Use the size chart in the product images. Measure your waist and hips. If between sizes, size up for comfort — the smoothing effect is still strong at one size up and the comfort is significantly better than sizing down to increase compression.
Is it easy to go to the bathroom while wearing it?
Yes. The open gusset design provides a practical opening so the garment does not need to be removed for bathroom visits. This is one of the features customers specifically mention as essential for all-day wear.

Processing time
Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day. During busy or promotional periods, processing may take longer.
Delivery time and costs
We currently deliver within Australia. Standard shipping is free and the estimated transit time after dispatch is 8–14 business days. Processing time and transit time are separate. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.
We do not currently offer international shipping. Customs duties and import charges therefore do not normally apply to orders delivered within Australia.
Tracking
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Incorrect delivery address
Please check your delivery details before completing your order. If you notice an error, email info.lubeko@gmail.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched. Additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect address may be passed on to the customer where appropriate.
Delayed or missing parcels
If tracking has not updated for several business days or your parcel is overdue, contact us with your order number. We will review the tracking information and, where necessary, open an investigation with the carrier. Please also check that the delivery address is correct and ask household members or neighbours whether they accepted the parcel.
