Do they look smart enough for an office?
Yes. The tailored cut and clean finish mean most people cannot tell they are a stretch fabric rather than a formal trouser. The waistband looks like a standard flat front from the outside. Suitable for most office environments and client meetings.
Will they bag at the knees after a day of sitting?
No. The high-recovery elastane in the fabric blend means the trouser springs back to its original cut rather than staying stretched. You should finish the day with the same silhouette you started with.
How do I find my correct size?
Use the size chart in the product images. Measure your waist and inside leg and compare to the chart. If between sizes, the stretch fabric accommodates well in either direction, but sizing up gives a more relaxed fit around the seat.
Are the pockets deep enough to be functional?
Yes. The front pockets are designed to hold a standard smartphone without creating an obvious bulge in the fabric. The two rear pockets have a press-stud closure to secure valuables.
Do they crease when travelling?
The wrinkle-resistant fabric resists creasing significantly better than standard cotton or linen trousers. Fold them neatly in a suitcase and they emerge with minimal creasing that drops out within an hour of wear.

Processing time
Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day. During busy or promotional periods, processing may take longer.
Delivery time and costs
We currently deliver within Australia. Standard shipping is free and the estimated transit time after dispatch is 8–14 business days. Processing time and transit time are separate. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.
We do not currently offer international shipping. Customs duties and import charges therefore do not normally apply to orders delivered within Australia.
Tracking
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Incorrect delivery address
Please check your delivery details before completing your order. If you notice an error, email info.lubeko@gmail.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched. Additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect address may be passed on to the customer where appropriate.
Delayed or missing parcels
If tracking has not updated for several business days or your parcel is overdue, contact us with your order number. We will review the tracking information and, where necessary, open an investigation with the carrier. Please also check that the delivery address is correct and ask household members or neighbours whether they accepted the parcel.
