Which size should I choose?
Open the Size Guide above the Add to Cart button. Find your usual EU underband measurement across the top and your cup letter down the left, then use the intersecting cell to select S through 4XL. If your measurements have recently changed, measure again before ordering.
How do the nursing cups open?
Each shoulder strap has a nursing clip above the cup. Support the cup with one hand, release the clip and gently lower the fabric. Refasten the clip securely after feeding.
Does it contain underwire?
No. Nurtura uses a wire-free construction with a wide ribbed underband for flexible everyday support.
Can I remove the cup pads?
Yes. The cup pads are removable, allowing you to adjust the shape and feel according to your preference.
How should I care for it?
Remove the cup pads before washing and follow the care label supplied with the bra. A gentle wash in a laundry bag with similar colours and air drying away from direct heat will help protect the clips, elastic and seamless fabric.

Processing time
Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day. During busy or promotional periods, processing may take longer.
Delivery time and costs
We currently deliver within Australia. Standard shipping is free and the estimated transit time after dispatch is 8–14 business days. Processing time and transit time are separate. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.
We do not currently offer international shipping. Customs duties and import charges therefore do not normally apply to orders delivered within Australia.
Tracking
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Incorrect delivery address
Please check your delivery details before completing your order. If you notice an error, email info.lubeko@gmail.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched. Additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect address may be passed on to the customer where appropriate.
Delayed or missing parcels
If tracking has not updated for several business days or your parcel is overdue, contact us with your order number. We will review the tracking information and, where necessary, open an investigation with the carrier. Please also check that the delivery address is correct and ask household members or neighbours whether they accepted the parcel.
