How do I choose my size?
Use the Size Guide above the Add to Cart button and compare your chest measurement with the table. The guide also includes shoulder width, garment length and sleeve length. If you fall between two chest ranges, choose the larger size for a less restrictive fit.
Can I use it hands free?
No. Always keep at least one hand securely supporting your baby. CuddleNest is designed for calm, supervised closeness while seated or standing still and should not replace a certified baby carrier for walking or other activities.
How should my baby be positioned?
Keep your baby upright and close enough to monitor continuously. The face must remain uncovered and visible, the chin must stay away from the chest and the airways must remain clear. Stop using the shirt immediately if your baby’s position changes or you cannot monitor breathing easily.
Which fit should I select?
Choose Women or Men according to the cut preferred by the person wearing the shirt. Both fits are offered in the same S to XL size range and the gallery image updates to reflect the selected fit and colour.
How do I care for the shirt?
Follow the care label supplied with the garment. The supplier describes the shirt as machine washable at a low temperature. Wash with similar colours, avoid high heat and inspect the fabric and seams before every use. Do not use the shirt if you notice stretching, tears or weakened stitching.

Processing time
Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day. During busy or promotional periods, processing may take longer.
Delivery time and costs
We currently deliver within Australia. Standard shipping is free and the estimated transit time after dispatch is 8–14 business days. Processing time and transit time are separate. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.
We do not currently offer international shipping. Customs duties and import charges therefore do not normally apply to orders delivered within Australia.
Tracking
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Incorrect delivery address
Please check your delivery details before completing your order. If you notice an error, email info.lubeko@gmail.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched. Additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect address may be passed on to the customer where appropriate.
Delayed or missing parcels
If tracking has not updated for several business days or your parcel is overdue, contact us with your order number. We will review the tracking information and, where necessary, open an investigation with the carrier. Please also check that the delivery address is correct and ask household members or neighbours whether they accepted the parcel.
