How long does it take to complete?
Most people complete it in 1–3 hours depending on experience with wooden puzzles. It’s designed to be challenging enough to be engaging but achievable in one comfortable session.
Do I need to glue it to keep it together?
No — the interlocking pieces hold together without any adhesive. If you want to display it permanently on a wall or shelf, a small amount of wood glue on the joints makes it permanent.
What skill level is it designed for?
Suitable for teens and adults. No prior puzzle experience is required — the pieces are clearly shaped and the assembly is logical once you begin.
Can I paint or personalise it after assembly?
Absolutely. The natural birch wood takes acrylic paint, wood stain or varnish beautifully. Many people paint individual pieces before assembling for a colourful display piece.
Is it safe for children?
The puzzle is designed for ages 14 and up due to small pieces. Younger children should be supervised. The wood is non-toxic and smooth-edged with no sharp points.

Processing time
Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day. During busy or promotional periods, processing may take longer.
Delivery time and costs
We currently deliver within Australia. Standard shipping is free and the estimated transit time after dispatch is 8–14 business days. Processing time and transit time are separate. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.
We do not currently offer international shipping. Customs duties and import charges therefore do not normally apply to orders delivered within Australia.
Tracking
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Incorrect delivery address
Please check your delivery details before completing your order. If you notice an error, email info.lubeko@gmail.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched. Additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect address may be passed on to the customer where appropriate.
Delayed or missing parcels
If tracking has not updated for several business days or your parcel is overdue, contact us with your order number. We will review the tracking information and, where necessary, open an investigation with the carrier. Please also check that the delivery address is correct and ask household members or neighbours whether they accepted the parcel.
