How long does the adhesive last in heat?
The medical-grade silicone adhesive is formulated to maintain adhesion in warm conditions and light perspiration. It holds through an Australian summer wedding, evening event or day at the races without slipping. For high-intensity physical activity or extreme heat (35°C+) combined with heavy sweating, ensure the skin is clean and dry before application to maximise hold.
How do I clean and reuse them?
After each use, rinse the adhesive surface gently under warm water using your fingertips only — no soap, no cloth. Let air dry completely on a flat surface — do not pat dry or use a towel on the adhesive side. Once fully dry the adhesive restores to full stickiness. Store in the original case between uses to protect the adhesive surface. Repeat up to 25 times.
What cup sizes does it work for?
The Seamless Jelly Lift Bra is available in sizes to cover cup sizes A through D. The flexible silicone cups accommodate different breast shapes within each size band. For DD and above, the adhesive alone may not provide sufficient lift or security for extended wear — please check the size guide before ordering. Our customer service team can advise on the best size for your measurements.
Can I wear it swimming or in water?
No. The adhesive is not rated for submersion or wet conditions. For poolside or beach use the cups will lose adhesion when wet. It is designed for dry indoor wear: events, weddings, parties, dinners, photoshoots and any occasion where you need invisible support without exposure to water. Remove before showering, swimming or entering a spa.

Processing time
Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day. During busy or promotional periods, processing may take longer.
Delivery time and costs
We currently deliver within Australia. Standard shipping is free and the estimated transit time after dispatch is 8–14 business days. Processing time and transit time are separate. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.
We do not currently offer international shipping. Customs duties and import charges therefore do not normally apply to orders delivered within Australia.
Tracking
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Incorrect delivery address
Please check your delivery details before completing your order. If you notice an error, email info.lubeko@gmail.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched. Additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect address may be passed on to the customer where appropriate.
Delayed or missing parcels
If tracking has not updated for several business days or your parcel is overdue, contact us with your order number. We will review the tracking information and, where necessary, open an investigation with the carrier. Please also check that the delivery address is correct and ask household members or neighbours whether they accepted the parcel.
