Open the Size Guide above the Add to Cart button and measure your foot from heel to longest toe. Use foot length as the primary guide and compare it with the AU and EU columns. If you fall between two listed lengths, choose the larger size.
How wide is the fit?
Janne is built with extra room across the forefoot and a generous internal volume. Fit still varies by foot shape, so compare your measured foot length with the size guide before ordering.
Are these medical orthopaedic shoes?
No. Janne is an everyday comfort shoe with a wide shape and contoured foam insole; it is not a prescription shoe or medical device. Consult a qualified professional if you require specialist footwear.
Where can I wear them?
The lightweight slip-on design is suited to everyday errands, relaxed outings and casual indoor or outdoor use on suitable dry surfaces.
How should I care for them?
Remove loose dirt with a soft brush and spot-clean the textile upper using a damp cloth and mild soap. Allow the shoes to air-dry naturally away from direct heat. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.

Processing time
Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day. During busy or promotional periods, processing may take longer.
Delivery time and costs
We currently deliver within Australia. Standard shipping is free and the estimated transit time after dispatch is 8–14 business days. Processing time and transit time are separate. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.
We do not currently offer international shipping. Customs duties and import charges therefore do not normally apply to orders delivered within Australia.
Tracking
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Incorrect delivery address
Please check your delivery details before completing your order. If you notice an error, email info.lubeko@gmail.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched. Additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect address may be passed on to the customer where appropriate.
Delayed or missing parcels
If tracking has not updated for several business days or your parcel is overdue, contact us with your order number. We will review the tracking information and, where necessary, open an investigation with the carrier. Please also check that the delivery address is correct and ask household members or neighbours whether they accepted the parcel.
