The costume is made primarily from polyester with decorative faux-fur textures. Minor colour and texture differences may occur between batches and screens.
How do I choose my size?

How should I care for the costume?
Hand wash gently in cool water using mild detergent. Do not bleach or tumble dry. Reshape the faux fur carefully and allow every piece to air dry fully before storage.
Is it suitable for children?
This listing is sized for adults. The mask can restrict vision and ventilation, so remove it whenever visibility or comfort is reduced and keep away from open flames or heat sources.

We currently deliver within Australia. Standard shipping is free and the estimated transit time after dispatch is 8–14 business days. Processing time and transit time are separate. We do not currently offer international shipping. Customs duties and import charges therefore do not normally apply to orders delivered within Australia.
Tracking

Incorrect delivery address

Delayed or missing parcels

We will review the tracking information and, where necessary, open an investigation with the carrier. Please also check that the delivery address is correct and ask household members or neighbours whether they accepted the parcel.
