What's included in the box?
GrillBoss arrives as a complete BBQ station. Included in the box: the grill unit with water-vapour smoke system, a rolling trolley to carry the whole set, a plate, tongs, spatula, a condiment bottle, and a generous spread of colour-changing food pieces. The food pieces include a whole crab, corn cobs, a fish fillet, eggplant, steak, prawns, egg, capsicum, and more. Over a dozen food pieces in total. Everything packs away neatly when playtime is done.
How does the smoke effect work?
The smoke effect is produced by a water-vapour mechanism inside the grill. Add a small amount of water to the reservoir, switch it on, and realistic-looking smoke rises from the grill surface. No chemicals, no heat, completely safe for children.
What age is it suitable for?
GrillBoss is designed for children aged 3 and up. The utensils are sized for small hands, and the play mechanics are simple enough for toddlers while still engaging for older kids. Adult supervision is recommended when the smoke feature is in use.

How do I clean it?
Wipe the grill surface and accessories with a damp cloth. Empty the water reservoir after each use and leave the lid open to dry. Do not submerge in water or put in the dishwasher. The food pieces and utensils can be rinsed and wiped dry.
Is it safe for children?
Yes. The smoke effect uses only water vapour and produces no heat. All materials are BPA-free and meet Australian toy safety standards. Designed for ages 3 and up. Adult supervision is recommended when the smoke feature is in use.

Processing time

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day. During busy or promotional periods, processing may take longer.

Delivery time and costs

We currently deliver within Australia. Standard shipping is free and the estimated transit time after dispatch is 8–14 business days. Processing time and transit time are separate. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

We do not currently offer international shipping. Customs duties and import charges therefore do not normally apply to orders delivered within Australia.

Tracking

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Incorrect delivery address

Please check your delivery details before completing your order. If you notice an error, email info.lubeko@gmail.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched. Additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect address may be passed on to the customer where appropriate.

Delayed or missing parcels

If tracking has not updated for several business days or your parcel is overdue, contact us with your order number. We will review the tracking information and, where necessary, open an investigation with the carrier. Please also check that the delivery address is correct and ask household members or neighbours whether they accepted the parcel.
