Will they keep their shape after washing?
Yes. The high-recovery elastane blend is designed to hold its shape through regular washing. Wash on a cool cycle and hang to dry or tumble dry on low for best results.
Do they stretch out and go baggy during the day?
No. The high-recovery fabric springs back to its original fit even after hours of wear. You won’t find the knees or seat sagging by afternoon like with lower-quality stretch jeans.
How do I choose the right size?
Use the size chart in the product images. Measure your waist and hips and compare to the chart. If between sizes, the stretch fabric accommodates half-sizes comfortably either way.
Do they look like real denim?
Yes. The woven texture and finish are designed to replicate the look of quality denim closely. From normal viewing distance they are indistinguishable from standard jeans.
Are they suitable for petite or tall frames?
Available in regular and long inseam lengths. Check the product listing for the inseam measurement. Petite customers often find the regular length works perfectly.

Processing time
Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day. During busy or promotional periods, processing may take longer.
Delivery time and costs
We currently deliver within Australia. Standard shipping is free and the estimated transit time after dispatch is 8–14 business days. Processing time and transit time are separate. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.
We do not currently offer international shipping. Customs duties and import charges therefore do not normally apply to orders delivered within Australia.
Tracking
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Incorrect delivery address
Please check your delivery details before completing your order. If you notice an error, email info.lubeko@gmail.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched. Additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect address may be passed on to the customer where appropriate.
Delayed or missing parcels
If tracking has not updated for several business days or your parcel is overdue, contact us with your order number. We will review the tracking information and, where necessary, open an investigation with the carrier. Please also check that the delivery address is correct and ask household members or neighbours whether they accepted the parcel.
