Does it give enough support without a wire?
The moulded contour cup provides structure and lift from the cup shape itself. The wider band also contributes to overall support. Most customers up to a D or DD cup find the support sufficient for everyday wear. For very large cup sizes or high-impact activity, additional support may be preferred.
Will it show under thin or fitted tops?
No. The seamless moulded cup has no internal seams to create lines, and the flat-lay edges at the cup and band lie smoothly against the skin. It is specifically designed for wear under fitted and thin-fabric clothing.
Can the straps be worn strapless?
Yes. The straps are fully detachable for strapless wear. The band and cup provide sufficient structure for strapless use in most cup sizes for occasions that require it. Not recommended for extended strapless wear in larger cup sizes.
How do I wash it?
Hand wash or machine wash on a delicate cycle in a laundry bag. Use cold water and mild detergent. Air dry only — do not tumble dry as heat degrades the moulded cup shape and elastic. Fasten the hooks before washing to prevent snags.
How do I find my correct size?
Use the size guide in the product images. Measure your underbust (for band size) and fullest bust (for cup size). If you are between sizes, sizing up in the cup with the band on the tightest hook gives the best fit as the band stretches over time.

Processing time
Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day. During busy or promotional periods, processing may take longer.
Delivery time and costs
We currently deliver within Australia. Standard shipping is free and the estimated transit time after dispatch is 8–14 business days. Processing time and transit time are separate. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.
We do not currently offer international shipping. Customs duties and import charges therefore do not normally apply to orders delivered within Australia.
Tracking
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Incorrect delivery address
Please check your delivery details before completing your order. If you notice an error, email info.lubeko@gmail.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched. Additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect address may be passed on to the customer where appropriate.
Delayed or missing parcels
If tracking has not updated for several business days or your parcel is overdue, contact us with your order number. We will review the tracking information and, where necessary, open an investigation with the carrier. Please also check that the delivery address is correct and ask household members or neighbours whether they accepted the parcel.
